Project floors loose lay vinyl flooring are made of high density PVC with a total thickness of 4.2 mm and a friction surface of 0.30 mm. Project floors use the reliable non-phthalate plasticizer, Hexamoll® DINCH, manufactured by BASF’s chemical industry, in their formulation. This is a material developed specifically for products that come into direct contact with humans and is the ideal solution when high levels of safety and quality are required. Project floors loose lay vinyl flooring are used where installation without permanent bonding is required with direct access to underfloor ducting and cabling. The application of the floors without permanent adhesive offers the possibility of removing and replacing individual boards in case of wear, as well as the partial removal of the floor and re-installation especially in cases of installation on raised floors requiring accessibility. Available in planks or tiles in a multitude of options, they capture in detail in a perfectly natural way the aesthetics of natural wood, stone, ceramic and concrete flooring. Thanks to the special factory-made PU surface protection coating, they are particularly resistant to scratches and stains. They are compatible with underfloor heating, are water-resistant and do not require polishing and are particularly easy to maintain with common household cleaning products.
